They hire a people who are fresh in the Solar Industry and would train them about the roles and work. Could be a nice place to start and have some experience in the industry. Benefits will be provided.

Cons

Too much low salary based on the workflow. They will introduce incentives over the period to boost the Sales, but that will just create a herd mentality of getting it more done rather than doing it with Quality. Bad Management and don't care about employees much especially about the immigration status. All they want is to make more Sales and won't care of the employees who have been with them for longer time and trained new people, but would straightaway won't help you on your employment extension for immigrants. They will hire a new people and let go of the former employees for the above reason. Management won't care about that as well even though your performance throughout the period has been top notch.
