Pros

working from home, good review guide.

Cons

They even don't buy AUTOCAD license anymore just to save money, now using very crampy drafting software, unbelievable. They only care about how many jobs you can finish (there're easy jobs, difficult jobs, big and small jobs, battery and non-battery jobs, they only care about quantity of jobs not quality), they expect too much but only pay a little.
