A sense of company spirit. lots of rah rah attitude/

Promise of high pay but many people in NY do not want to pay for solar. The break even point is about ten years. training was good in some aspects and bad in others. basically a job for high school or recent college graduate/ salary is low and you can work hard but without SITS or signings then pay is poor. Yes they talk about best associates but walking on hard concrete getting people to purchase something this big can be problematic. also too much reliance on working their software daily and the pitch. could provide better training and simpler pitch and software navigation.
