Pros
The perks and flexibility to work from home is great. Opportunities to grow in the company and apply for other jobs feel abundant.
Cons
The company is going through growing pains and everyone is feeling insecure about what will happen next week. They hired us to do one job and many months later they trained us to do more without extra pay. Management needs to get it together and tell us that there is a financial incentive at the end of the tunnel.
