Pros

Good people, Systems in place that help build a culture, autonomy to branch to make branch level decisions

Cons

Higher up executives are making decisions that can steer a branch in a tough direction. Focus is on kW installed where customer satisfaction seem to take a back seat. They have numbers they NEED to hit for shareholders and this pressure is felt.

Cons

Constant RIF's...always hiring and then firing. Solar Coaster is real. More metric driven than people driven.
