Unrealistic installation goals promised to board of directors, corporate office is top heavy with dozens of redundant positions with comical self inflated titles leeching six figure salaries while field offices struggle with cutbacks and layoffs due to poor sales numbers and told to do more with less. Favoritism and nepotism runs rampant in the San Luis Obispo and San Fran office and is never addressed. Terrible communication. People who speak up and voice their opinion are targeted for termination or punished. Advancement opportunities nonexistent in many depts.
