Pros

There used to be a bunch of pros but they have all gone away now.

Cons

Management plays favorites and controls who gets the best and most leads. commissions have basically cut in half and they hold any 401k contributions hostage till the next year. We didnt get our 2025 contributions till after tax season.

-Performative “people-first” messaging that doesn’t match reality -Cronyism and favoritism at senior levels, poor leadership accountability -Frequent reorganizations and shifting strategy plus intense focus on saving money leads to persistent layoff risk -Declining benefits and investment in the employee experience (such as no PTO payout, annual 401k match) -Leadership opinions often outweigh data or employee feedback -Disproportionate investment and focus on sales vs other functions
