I would say the commission but the fact that their training is terrible you rarely ever get any.

Cons

Stay away from this shithole. They employ and support sexual predators in their office. They keep creeps in leadership making it incredibly difficult to get proper training to do the job. If you report a sexual harassment they do nothing about it but give you lip service that they “care”. They don’t because they don’t change anything or give consequences. Both local management, upper management all the way up to the CEO. they did absolutely nothing to the predator who harassed me and kept him in leadership.
