Pros

It's work culture, its people, and the company's purpose are in my mind exceptional. This is not a company founded and run by tree-hugging enthusiasts; there is brilliance in the business model (which is explains our success) and a deep sense of drive.

Cons

Developing infrastructure across all departments that can adequately support the business at scale. But then again, I guess this is a good problem to have.
