Pros

I have been with Sunstates for about 8 years. I have seen a lot in my time here. The one thing that stands out to me is the mission statement acronym, H.I.T. Honesty, Integrity, Truth. Sunstates can stand true on this from my point of view.

Cons

My only Con would be the Management reservation for acquiring new business. I understand that larger Security companies doesn't always mean better. I would like for candidates to have more opportunities for employment in their field with Sunstates.
