micro management and not much growth

This company has a rich Taiwanese culture, if you are not Chinese or Taiwanese, you will have zero chance to grow your career, same job, same tasks, no project except R&D department Managers like to micro-control employees by giving them comments on every minor's mistake. No rewards. Everything must be in the book, which means your voice will not be recognized, and follow the strict rules. No out of box thinking Most of the bosses there stay very long, so they can go to the upper level, but they have no clues how to handle the jobs. This company is not for young employees, because they will leave within a year, maybe max 2 years Do not expect the managers can understand what you need, and what the best things for the company, because they are willing to listen to you, but will reject it without reasonable causes. Totally beaucratic leadership 100%
