Benefits are good, and met a few good coworkers.

Cons

Majority of the company was Asian. Managers did not care about feedback from employees. It was all about complying with what they say. Performance review was a joke. People that I knew in the same department had managers purposely tried to sabotage their performance ratings so that the managers can have a reason to fire them. They want to get rid of people they don't like.

Strict rules, constant company fighting for share of something, politics, lack of flexible work schedule, no one want to take responsibility of anything cause everyone is too afraid of management
