Micro managed do not let you take breaks make you stay long hours they say free breakfast people come with bags and fill them all up wit food for their family at home everyone is scared of their boss and do not work as a team because they are scared to get in trouble Management doesn't even know how certain processes of orders work. if you want to get promoted tell on the person next to you if you are not working.
