Pros

Free breakfast, good starting job, stable

Cons

Very micromanaged, always OTs if you work in manufacturing setting, no work-life balance, they work you until you slaved, low-pay, too much dramas, very little chance to be promoted unless you work x amount of years, hr doesn’t give 2 cents about you, PTOs are only 10 days, manager question you when you are sick and want to use PTOs, the list goes on and on, just read over the comments here and you will realize how bad this company has become besides their stocks. Extreme Toxic working environment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros

I am not sure what the pros are.

Cons

Company Birocracy is hindering what should be a quick fix to a problem, they make you go through endless hoops and loops. All department heads are still the same from 30 years ago, there is no clear direction aside from the obvius. As a PM, you are in charge for everything related to the products without much help. There is no way to successfully manage all new developments and released items, which involves all types of issues, sales planning, inventory, testing, and answering bogus emails, and this is just a tip of it. You could work 24/7 and still not be done. Work is mandatory 9-6, you cold come as early as you want, but you are still expected to stay until 6, so I had to miss many, many family times and kids' practices because, if I want to leave earlier, I would have to enter vacation time off, even though I started at 7am. There is no Work from home policy, well, you could and is expected from you to work long hours, but if you work from home, between 9-6, that doesn’t count and you have to take vacation time. You ONLY get 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick pay, regardless of whether you have just started or worked there for 30 years.

DON'T - just don't come here...

Pros

Absolutely none. This place is a dumpster fire that just pours gasoline on itself. If you want experience on how to not run a Services organization, then this is the place.

Cons

Culture - backstabbing ladder climbers. People skills - non existent. Most people hate it here and are just looking for a paycheck, and they have no say in how things are run and are not empowered to make any changes. The iron grip by the aging Executive level means nothing changes - everything that was built badly 10 years ago is still in place. The culture is one where they believe you can simply fix a problem by throwing cheap labor at it instead of investing. If you are not from the Asian culture, you will go nowhere. Minimum vacation time, and good luck using any PTO. Expected to work long hours because they can't get enough staff. The CEO hasn't got a clue on how to run a company of this size. The sales teams don't work at all with the Services org. The engineering department is staffed by a few good people, but even they can't support what they build. Education and training is terrible. Pay is below what it should be by about 25%.
