They pay your salary every month

Cons

If you want to work for a company that has a horrible internal competitive non-sharing culture SM is just the one for you. If you want to be buried in stressful admin surrounded by people who only care for themselves SM is a good choice. Working for SM is like working for a company in the dark ages.

Pros

Immediate coworkers are great to work with. Decent benefits - health, PTO, etc.

Cons

Difficult processes to follow (lots of red tape) - not up to date with more modern companies. Cross-department communication can be difficult at times.

If you want to retire on a job, this is a good place for it when you try not to hear nor or speak at work. Offer free breakfast and dinner but no gym.

Cons

Nothing gets moving forward unless CEO approves it. Lacking of professional process control and too much manual errors.
