Pros

Very stable business, some good people (majority have left way before my departure). Alright place to start your career. Cafeteria is pretty good.

Cons

Managers over-promise and lie with no shame. Cannot trust anybody, protect yourself. People push work around, which you will eventually learn to do because there's no point in taking responsibility. I've seen people break down at work because the environment was so negative. Most of the good capable people will eventually give up and find something else.

As a new engineer, you can expect and learn a lots from this company. Many outstanding engineers work days and nights, and put a lot of efforts to make the perfect server motherboard and hardware components.

Cons

In terms of management, the system is clumsy and needs more professional upgrade. For example, to kickoff a project, it requires an engineers to go around and get signatures, which is very very time wasting.
