Pros

They give a competitive salary in some fields. A good place to get lost in if you find the right job. Since management has so little competence, it is easy to skate at your job if you just meet deadlines.

Cons

Benefits suck, probably the worst I've ever seen. Upper management is untrained and out of date with business practices. Employee morale low.
