      Pros

      Management level can stay here until their retirements. Don't need to be too serious about the job tasks here cause nobody cares.

      Cons

      10%-15% margin. Based on company's strategy, margin will be even lower in the next few years. They will try to save the cost, so don't expect your salary will be higher. Performance review is a disaster. Financial report is also a disaster.
