      Good for career starter and stable to stay

      Job is stable. Have chance to learn different areas when coworking with different teams, especially with HW design teams, if one don't mind spending extra time

      Cons

      Lack of automation. junior engineers leave after a couple of years. Compensation is not competitive

      Best tech leader in the IT industry. CEO leads by example with a winning formula to stay ahead of completion in a highly competitive industry. Not since Steve Jobs has there been a CEO who operates at the product level, demanding that products be the best.

      Cons

      Lots of hard work so be prepared. Some people thrive on the work others should find a job elsewhere. Need to be clearer lines of management authority.
