      team work, caring managers. If you are looking for career growth, this is the place you want to stay for at least 5 years.

      Cons

      messy org chart, sometimes you dont know who to talk to. Role and responsibility is not well defined, need to take more time to get used to the culture.

      1. It's a company with great potential and good products 2. Consistent growth for the past 20 years. Profitable every year, no exception. 3. Strong top leadership. 4. Friendly and helpful colleagues. 5. Has a ton of folks with great work ethics. Most people work hard here.

      Cons

      1. Fast headcount growth results in disarray with some teams 2. Some procedures are not well defined and followed. Sometimes it takes a lot of patience and communication to get things done. 3. Work hard usually means longer hours. 4. Sometimes it runs like an Asian company, sometimes it doesn't. Takes a while to get used to it.
