Pros

Med/dental/vision/401k and life insurance (just in case a truck or forklift hits you, no kidding) Free breakfast each weekday, free dinner if you stay until 7pm, free fruit mid-week, free lunch buffet on Saturdays - also all-hands Christmas party at end of the year Most people here are pleasant and good to work with Fast-paced work environment with many opportunities to learn technology or build up network Automated tools online such as dinner ordering, IT and purchase desk, benefits and pay management and so on Sprawling campus gives lots of chances to get exercise (and you will... because you need to walk building to building quite often) Plenty of job security, for both good and bad reasons

Cons

Many functions which appear to be automated are actually not... definitely not a paper-less office Long hours... not really required to work on some Saturdays or past 7 pm, but its kind of expected Some people are tough to work with (may be personality disorder) If you speak Chinese good for you - if not, good luck! Resources constrained, some people are assigned to do jobs they are not really skilled to do or doing too many jobs at once Company thinks it knows what it wants to become, but has no idea how to get there

A company stuck in 90s mindset

Pros

- none really compared to other companies in the same industry segment/location

Cons

- - culture of terror / no career progression - no flexibility at all - only 10 days on vacation - only 40 hours of paid sick leaves - no work from home policy even if you are dying - i f yo have no sick days or vacation left they will not pay you if you get sick (like it is a hourly job rather than a full-time job) - no real perks besides medical/dental where you are still paying a monthly amount - no 401(k) match - all the software is old and internal so you WILL NOT find:Atlassian JIRA/Wiki, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack, G-Suite...etc - They will put meeting after hours and not allowing you to come 15 minutes later if needed - It feels like a dictatorship - Salary 20/30% lower than current market - If you get assigned RSUs they will not be vesting sooner than a year
