Exciting time to be in, Supermicro is a key player in the AI industry. Teamwork is emphasized, opportunity to co-work with various departments. Pretty stable. Global work environment co-work with different offices. Work with a lot of smart co-workers with innovative ideas. Good work culture in our department. I enjoy the quarterly team dinners and also bi-weekly/monthly afternoon snacks. Have adequate resources to do our job. There are growth opportunities, management is willing to listen.

Cons

For a tech AI company, office space can be more modern. Getting new ideas/proposals approved by management takes time. No flexibility for hybrid, completely onsite.
