- Management is clueless, love using buzzwords like the cloud and AI without having any knowledge with the technology. - Company choosing the value their Support services, when Engineering is undervalued. - Terrible work culture. Often large meetings are held, where engineering teams off there work. These meetings simply serve as town hall meetings, where non-technical staff feel the need to degrade and berate presenters for no reason. -The open nepotism. The halls are packets with unqualified, high ranking individuals. This isn’t a department issue, this goes up to C-Suites execs. -Lack of diversity. If you are a POC, please do yourself a favor and do not accept your offer. Ask any current or former employee on linkedin. Diversity is just part of the story…
