      Toxic management team. They yell at you anywhere, take away your lunch time, night time and weekends to work. If you don’t, you are under performing

      Sometimes have good staff meals. Always have OT available if you into that.

      Cons

      Bad working environment and working culture. Like, it's actually horrendous. I was training a new guy and suddenly he became my supervisor just because he speaks Chinese. Overall this working culture is not for me. Where your performance and knowledge don't matter. As long as you bow your head and listen then you will be treated well. I don't like that at all.
