Pros

Gives you fruit and bread.

Cons

Man. Where do I start. Management here is not like any other company I've worked at. They treat you like robots and there is bullying that is not addressed. No respect from anyone and management demands respect. Out of everyone I talked to in the lab, 3 people were desperate and needed a job and two said that it was their first job out of college. There is a common theme: EVERYONE WAS UNDERPAID!! I try to negotiate salary and they wouldn't budge. I took a huge paycut out of desperation. With that, you're treated poorly and they overwork you. First day on the job, they said that you get a two hour lunch. They encourage napping so you can work longer at your job. They also feed you if you work late. I've been in a meeting where one of the manager told a room filled with people to "work smarter and harder" and proceeded to tell the how his group worked from 9 am to 10 pm. This was meant to encourage people to stay longer. Not worth the amount of money vs the bs you have to deal with.

Pros

Good base to start and good healthcare benefits.

Cons

Unethical business practices. Do not care about their customers or their employees. No way possible to make a commission on a regular basis and they will not explain how they calculate it. 99% Asian and they discriminate in who they hire and who get accounts based on that. Asian dialect is the primary language spoken at HQ. Those that can speak english it is poor - including the President and Founder, Charles. Bring people in from Asian countries to work cheap and house them in old houses near their office in San Jose. Cheat you on expense reports. They will lie to you in your interviews - straight out lie. Google the company and financials and see how far back they have been investigated for fraudulent financials over and over. Pay the penalty, hire new executives and do it again. Do your own homework.
