      That one senior engineer is why everyone keeps quitting

      Pros

      Company has good food and will pay for half of lunch meals.

      Cons

      Uncollaborative environment where people will berate each other in front of everyone. One senior engineer in particular is especially bad and is causing engineers to come in and out with basically no retention besides people that get stuck and can't get out.
