You do not get much pressure here if you can finish your job in time. People here are very friendly as well.

Cons

You only get 10 vacation days. No matter how long you work here. The salary is pretty low here. CEO always mention about how fast the company grow but it does not reflect to our salary or bonus.

A public company with tiny manufacturer management. Unclear job boundary and responsibility, just follow top leading to do everything, wasting human resource. Fast is everything even if without follow SOP.
