Top manager take care product with detail & passion to ensure best of product spec & quality. 4. Manager encourage team member “face the reality” to continue improve the product quality & design

      “Huge product line” need the people spend a lot of time to dig out the product true value to create the business.

      Pros

      Employees are given enough opportunities for growth. Company is preparing for rapid growth with additional staff and infrastructure. One of the few US based companies focusing on x86 server/storage. Company is still run by founders with enough vested interest to make it more successful. In some ways it is run like a startup (quick decisions when it comes to engineering). If you are self motivated to execute and make something happen, the company is ideal. Good health benefits, RSU/Options, competitive salary, some bonus based on company performance.

      Cons

      No management training to mid-level management effective. Legacy tools for information access and resistance to adopt new tools to make it better. Inter department transfers are discouraged.
