They accept new graduates from college because they aren't good enough for experienced talent.

Cons

This is the worst version of a Corporation. I have a mother that is going through deadly heart surgery, a father that is getting leg surgery, and my 9 yr old dog that just got spinal surgery. I get that they don't allow work from home, but even in emergency situations they expect you to be in the office listening to people complain about how much their lives such because they can't launch Outlook while your family is dying. Charles, the CEO who I know personally is a complete jerk. So is his wife that he used nepotism to get the job while your family doesn't matter in the slightest
