Pros
Easiest interview ever. The job is also quite easy. Some people are super cool. Everyone is pretty casual. No need to try to fit in or impress anyone. 2 hour lunch break which is perfect for interviewing at other companies. They hired me and gave me a chance.
Cons
A lot of toxic people. Easy job, but sometimes the workload is heavy and things pile up, so doing a lot of easy tasks can become brainless and depressing. A lot of non-engineering tasks like putting paper and string tags on servers, tracking inventory, counting crap. The issue ticket system is very disorganized. 2 hr lunch means 9-6pm hours.
