What attracted me to Supermicro was the willingness to change. Supermicro is a company that has grown significantly in the last two years. It has now realized that it must now adopt change and scale internally. Supermicro is committed to doing its part in saving the planet. our products are designed to reduce the footprint of today's data centers. Free breakfast and great coffee are not bad either

where do I start? Micro managed do not let you take breaks make you stay long hours they say free breakfast people come with bags and fill them all up wit food for their family at home everyone is scared of their boss and do not work as a team because they are scared to get in trouble Management doesn't even know how certain processes of orders work. if you want to get promoted tell on the person next to you if you are not working.
