Pros

If you are bored or desperate.

Cons

The company was built on the foundation of taking advantage of people with no credit and no other options. Everyone needs to get to work but they will sell you the illusion of transportation to work in that of high interest rates and fees you will not be able to eat and make the payments. Cars prices are jacked up to triple the cars value with no haggling because they already know you are desperate if ur taking any of their "deals".

Pros

The nice hire-on bonus, that's all

Cons

Terrible management. long hours, 6 day work week, This company doesn't even send out Christmas cards, not even a Merry Christmas message to their employees. They play politics. They stick up for managers and regionals who sleep around with their employees, I personally went through that ordeal. I left the company. The coo is pathetic. His way of handling situations is throwing tires around the parking lot like a made ape, firing people without a cause, FORGET HR, Training sucks. I can't say all regionals and managers are bad, only the ones I dealt with, but the COO is extremely unfair and unprofessional. Don't complain about being treated unfair because he will tell you that you have to suck it up. I was being harassed by my co-worker who was sleeping with my boss. I brought the issues up to higher management. The COO, Tracy told me that I had to start making deposits before I could start making withdrawals The labor and rights laws didn't apply to me because I wasn't making sales, IMAGINE THAT. When I left the company, the co-worker I worked for contacted my new employer, slandered me. Made false accusations against me and got me fired there. When I contacted Superior Auto HR department and gave them proof of everything, they did nothing to her. This is the kind of company they are. DIRTY
