Employees at locations were like family.

Cons

Corporate is overbearing and doesn’t give the GM any power to make any decisions. Leaving them useless but blamed for everything.

Cons

2 companies work together and sometimes they don't see eye to eye. Could have had better on-site training and an easier recruitment process for hiring. Not a lot of time off.
