      Great family orientated company. If you put your work into the company they will put in the work for you as an employee.

      Cons

      Plenty of moving pieces with the amount of steel getting pushed out the door. Most of the time, I wish people would just slow down and think of the entire big picture to becoming WORLD CLASS.
