      Pros

      My manager is flexible about work schedule as long as you get your work done. I've been given some pretty cool opportunities that have allowed me to travel and learn a lot about the industry and Marketing in general. The people I work with are all very talented and hard-working.

      Cons

      Finding daycare in Morris is tough, which makes it hard for working moms to return to work after having a baby.
