Pros

The opportunities for career advancement are great. There are tons of stories of employees starting on the manufacturing floor and moving up to management and even senior management.

Cons

Starting pay is lower than some of the other manufacturers in the area but there is timely raises if they are earned.

Pros

The relationships you build at Superior are amazing. Common goals are established. Disagreements are quickly resolved. Very rarely, am I upset at a coworker for more than a couple hours. I instill full trust in my coworkers to complete their duties accurately and they instill the same trust in me. This gives employees the confidence to do their job and allows them to be the owners of every task they complete. The people genuinely care about the work they complete. It family orientated, if a family situation arises that interferes with your work, family will always come first.

Cons

It's a hard working company and everyone has a full workload, all the time. If you continue to tackle this workload aggressively and with a good attitude, you will be successful and compensated properly for it.
