      Pros

      Overall respectful and professional environment for woman in the construction industry, Flexible schedules and ability to handle personal matters outside of work when needed. The healthcare benefits package and retirement contributions/plan are better than I've ever had before.

      Cons

      Not as social compared to other workplaces I've had in the past.

      - People in engineering are friendly and easy to communicate with. Questions are welcomed and everyone is open to learning - Company strives to balance new and existing projects. It feels like teams cohesively ensure the company doesn't overextend their employees by overwhelming with to many concurrent projects and deadlines - Sense of care is communicated by company leadership and employees feel valued - Competitive pay and strong benefit package - Flexible PTO and hybrid work - Great sense of work-life balance
