      Great communication and support between management and employees. very well-Structured onboarding process plenty of internal training helping to gain understanding of company workflows, and scope of work and great opportunities for growth and development. great work/life balance- honest pay for an honest day's work There is flexibility in working hours within the department. very competitive compensation and a generous benefit package. huge bonus in my opinion is the weekly pay in lieu of bi-weekly

      Strong culture of mentorship — senior engineers genuinely enjoy teaching and investing time in helping others understand the “why,” not just the task. Structured onboarding and internal boot camps that provide a solid foundation in construction fundamentals, contract documents, and company workflows. Leadership is supportive of professional development and continuing education. Flexibility in working hours within the department. Collaborative and friendly team environment. Competitive compensation and generous benefits. Weekly pay is a nice plus.
