Very smart people who work hard and never stop looking for solutions. Great diversity and your voice and ideas will be needed and valued from day one. Everyone does their part to elevate the team and meet deadlines. If you see a need for improvement, you can literally just draft a roadmap for improvement. You have the ability to wear many hats and you will learn a lot at a very fast pace. It is a very intellectually stimulating place to work.
Cons
Hands down the worst CEO ever. No control over his emotions and throws tantrums like a child. Drops the F bomb, pounds fist on tables, calls employees "stupid." He somehow thinks this is acceptable behavior in the US. It is not. It is also not acceptable to berate foreign born employees who are too scared to stand up for themselves.
