- People on management team need to do management 101 to learn how to respect their team - Compensation structure SUCKS, especially with the amount of work you have to accomplish and overtime is almost guaranteed with the offshore team in China. They need to compensate the team better or give equity as incentive. - High turnover within the team due to no work life balance - Most managers do not care their employees as a human being. They treat people like robotics. Work, work and more work

For a startup doing well, I’d expect there to be more perks than are available. I have friends who are treated especially well at other places and receive welcome gifts, swag, experience bonuses, work from home kits, etc. These things aren’t a must, but even a small gesture would certainly be appreciated and go a long way.
