      Good Experience So Far

      Pros

      I love the people, especially my team, and I appreciate the culture. I also love that my job fits what I’m looking for and forces me to think, unlike what I was doing before.

      Cons

      For a startup doing well, I’d expect there to be more perks than are available. I have friends who are treated especially well at other places and receive welcome gifts, swag, experience bonuses, work from home kits, etc. These things aren’t a must, but even a small gesture would certainly be appreciated and go a long way.

      - Company culture that rewards proactivity - Management is flexible in approach and willing to hear all ideas - The team is very friendly and does not mind spending long hours on the phone training new resources / discussing new ideas

      - Rapid growth of the company's created blurred lines between departments - As with most start up organizations, career paths are less clearly defined

      Pros

      Everyone I work with is so intelligent and respectful of each other's time. It is very rare for co-workers (including leadership) to be late or skip a meeting without notice. It's a collaborative environment and if you have a questions, it will be answered promptly! Leadership is in the weeds with employees to solve even the most minute day-to-day problems. It is the best of both worlds of a start up environment with tenure executives to the lead the company to success.

      Cons

      Working from home is tough for all companies. I am looking forward to having fun and getting to know my co-workers more.
