      Flexibility in hours, some negative aspects improved in you have the correct manager, good co-workers, not really much else at all

      Cons

      Low pay, bad insurance, sick and vacation time merged, low feeling of stability, poor internal communication, employees often treated as tools rather than people

      Nothing. Worst years of my life

      Managers were rude. hostile, and unhelpful. This place was toxic and on a steep decline. Product will never yield profit
