Pros

Great learning experience while multitasking at different high tech, unique processes, and analysis. Promising future in a field with very good expertise.

Cons

Pressure from management with 0 space for error. Unthankful management. The company will continue losing tons of cash till product line general acceptance and establishment on the world scale.

Pros

Breaks are lenient. Nobody is constantly looking over your shoulder, but they do watch the cameras. You're working by yourself a lot.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to really listen to complaints. You're working by yourself a lot, training isn't great so you don't know what you're doing a lot.
