Pros

Great culture. People around you become good friends and colleagues. Every person cares about what they do and care about the company's well being. Top management is very quick to resolve issues. They look for input and ideas from everyone. Very inclusive environment and if you work hard, you are given tools to gain greater knowledge. If you possess the company's core values, you are recognized and will be at the company for a long time. Benefits are un-matched. Fully stocked kitchen, lunch on Fridays, breakfast Wednesdays, spirit days, parties, gym membership.

Cons

Being located in a expensive area, the salary could be closer to the cost of living in the local area.

Pros

This might sound like a con but they could use a lot of help. So if you have good fresh ideas then perhaps you could really effect some change and carve out a valuable position there.

Cons

The company is small but in some of its policies it's trying to behave like a company that's further along. It's a small ecommerce business. It isn't Google, or Facebook, or Zappos. For myself and most everyone I knew well at the company, it was viewed as a job, not a career.
