      Many outstanding, extremely nice committed people to work with; very customer focused;

      Cons

      Little appreciation for the hard work required of EVERYONE for a company to excel, Unsure what they want to be when they grow up; old school set in their ways - business has changed since 1970. Profess decentralized culture but the truth is completely different.

      Pros

      Good product offering and nice people to work with. People are very knowledgeable. Good geographic coverage. Competitive pricing. Smart people at the top.

      Cons

      Poor conceived one source supply concept. It is very difficult to get a company to release all of its data. The customer must be very trusting in a non-trusting commodity industry.
