Pros

Gain new knowledge. Learn how to cover yourself while pretending to be a team player.

Cons

Management has obvious favorites. If you aren't one of them watch your back. Low Pay. People are more concerned about pointing fingers than fixing what went wrong. Unprofessional acts from management all the way down.

Pros

Very customer oriented. Initial training can be eye opening. Most of the production staff is amazing.

Cons

If the corporate office truly knew what was going on at the individual sites I believe they would be shocked.

Autonomy, decentralized, open to new ideas....great people

Cons

Great big ideas and no clue how to execute. No formal performance management system and it is a good ol boy network...upper management staff unable to make minor decisions without the ok of top leader which causes decisions to support field not to be made
