Flexible schedule, benefits, okay pay.

Cons

Terrible management. Specifically the plant manager. Played lots of games with people. Fired people to keep his goons on the clock. Specifically his right hand man that is a forklift driver that would hang out by the women's bathroom shouting vulgar obscenities at them. Rather than fire him, the guy fired the women that reported him to HR.

I worked here for under a year under someone who would contact me after work hours on the daily, had me work on paid days off, and had unrealistic expectations.
