Corp to franchise communication is a bit disjointed, but they are addressing and moving in the right direction

Flexibility with work/life balance Ability to work from home

Cons

Working for Franchise not SPS. Franchise owners/manager inability to properly train and support staff. Be careful which franchise owner you work for. Corporate does not care about staff retention. High overturn rate.

Cutting edge cloud accounting. Company uses standard procedures and provides excellent training and resources to streamline the process.

Cons

The automated process is only as good as the franchise owner's ability to implement and to document procedures and keep the client's information and accounts up-to-date. Be careful which franchise owner you work for.
