Comprehensive training program, strong IT support at both local and corporate level, knowledgeable managers with strong communication and leadership skills, excellent adherence to work-life balance promise.

Cons

As a fairly new employee I have not found any downside to my remote part-time work.

Pros

Supporting Strategies is one of the best companies for which I have worked. I appreciate my managers, teammates and available resources provided to all team members that ensure success. I am especially grateful for the work-life balance this position provides and the structure that allows complete flexibility. In the year and a half I have worked with Supporting Strategies, I have added 5 new industries to my bookkeeping experience and background.

Cons

A position with Supporting Strategies is not transactional or to be considered an easy paycheck. I appreciate this, but others may not. It can be challenging and requires problem solving as our clients change, expand their businesses or require additional projects. No two days are the same.
