Pros

The people are all very genuine and supportive. Management cares about the employees and it has a family atmosphere which inspires a lot of loyalty. They really push you to grow professionally but at the same time give a lot of freedom to try things and are open to new ideas. I have never been more proud to work somewhere.

Cons

It is fast paced so if you aren't willing to work hard then you will fall behind.
